Julwin's Completes Phase I of Planned Remodel

Kitchen Remodel Essential to Preparation of Great Food

    Julwin's Restaurant evaluates obstacles to growth in a market with increasing competition. John Lapeyrouse, the restaurant's owner since July 2004, has created a plan to remove obstacles to growth and restore the restaurant to prominence as a regional favorite for southern cooking in a comfortable environment. "We have just completed the first phase of a multi-phase restoration project. This included a complete upgrade of the kitchen facilities and the dining areas. The restaurant has changed a lot over the years, and we wanted to return it to a more simple decor that was more common in the early years of Julwin's."
